We have two types of Discount Service Club memberships:
APPLIANCE MAINTENANCE PLAN
With our annual Appliance Maintenance Plan, members get two maintenance visits per year, for up to seven appliances (additional charge for additional appliances), including:
- Refrigerator
- Washer
- Dryer
- Oven/Range
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Hot Water Heater
On each visit, our team will perform a 67-point maintenance checkup that includes all the following services:
- Refrigerator Operation and Cleaning of Condenser Coil
- Inspection of Water, Power, and Drain Connections for all Appliances
- Ventilation Checks on Dryer and Stove Venting
- Checking Safety and Limits of all Applicable Appliances
- Cleaning Dryer Lint Trap and Checking Drive Belt
- Checking and Clearing Out Garbage Disposal
- Full Maintenance Report Including Repair Estimates and Service Recommendations
AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE PLAN
With our Air Conditioning Maintenance Plan, members get four maintenance visits per year. We service residential and commercial equipment including Central Air Units, Ductless Mini-Split Systems, Chillers, VRF, Multi-Split systems and perform all of the following tasks:
- Check and Record Cooling Effect of Air Conditioning System
- Clear Drain Lines
- Apply Drain Pan Tabs and Clean Pan, as Needed
- Apply Sanitizer to Indoor Coil
- Clean Outdoor Coil, as Needed
- Change or Clean Standard Filters
- Indoor Air Quality consultation
- Check Operation of Accessory Equipment
