Great service from Pascale. Attended promptly to provide a quote for fitting a tankless water heater and discussed options. Quick and easy. Fitting was arranged easily and Pascale was efficient and professional throughout. Great price and service!

Our hot water heater gave out and Pascale assisted in trying to reset it to avoid replacing / unnecessary costs. It worked briefly but ultimately had to be replaced and everything happened within 24 hours from the initial call to it being replaced completely. Can't say how much we appreciated not only his timeliness and honesty around the situation and selecting a new unit but genuinely lovely personality - would highly recommend him to anyone in a similar situation!

Appliance Doctors (Javell Morgan) did a wonderful job checking all our appliances for a new construction. He checked the gas dryer and gas stove provided his recommendations. I must commend him for his professionalism. He explained everything in detail as he was checking each appliance.The scheduling team also does a good job. They schedule a technician and send you a reminder.

Javell was very prompt and on time.He serviced and cleaned our tumble dryer.He was very helpful and did a great job even though our tumble dryer is in a very narrow cupboard which required a lot of pulling and pushing and sorting to access the back of it.He was knowledgeable and very polite.We will use Appliances doctors again without hesitation.

The young man was very well dressed, courteous and efficient. He assessed and analyzed the problem, reassured me that the issue was repairable, only if he had the part. He found the part at the office and he told us he would be back, shortly. He came back and fixed the fan in the fridge and the paralytic customer was very happy and we were too. Very well done. I think my washer and dryer loves the attention! Mr. Johann came to the rescue AGAIN! Our washer stopped working - Pascale arrived on time as scheduled, assessed the problem, provided options which included repair or replace. We opted to replace the machine - as one was in stock Pascale returned the next day with the new washer. It was installed and ready to use in a matter of minutes. Pascale is prompt, professional and courteous. Great service!

We highly recommend Appliance Doctors, they are very organised and communicate well with clients. We had a few appliances that needed fixing, Johann was the technician who came to fix both of them.He is punctual, very polite, has great communication skills, above all he is knowledgeable and confident. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and recommend a solution. We felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing and that he would get to the bottom of it.

Pascale was extremely professional, he arrived in a timely manner and explained the diagnostic results regarding the appliance in a way that was easily understandable.He also took the time to showcase the difference between the defective component of the appliance in comparison to the new part to be installed and also how the defective part affected operation; as a customer this not only gave me some knowledge of the inner workings of an appliance I use constantly, but also aided in building trust in him as a technician by not having to second guess wether a part was actually replaced (an issue we see with many auto repair services), which in turn garnered trust in Appliance Doctors Cayman in general.Due to Pascale’s responsiveness and professionalism I would recommend that he be the primary technician sent to service any other appliances in the unit for future jobs, and as his work ethics are a direct representation of Appliance Doctors Cayman, I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone in the Cayman Islands that require their services.
