The technicians at Åppliance are outstanding. They are knowledgeable about the products and they work very professional. They installed our new washer and removed the old one and before they left they gave us instructions on how to use and care for our new washer, that's just amazing. The service at Appliance Doctors is very commendable and because of that I would recommend them over and over again. 5 stars business!!!

We had issues with both our microwave and stove. Johann from Appliance Doctors was excellent in helping us solve the issues. He was not only prompt in turning up at the prearranged time but also performed the work quickly and efficiently. All told excellent service.

This was my first experience with the Appliance Doctor and it was a great experience! My technician Pascals was great! Not only did he understand the issue right away, he provided extremely helpful advice to avoid future problems. I've used Polar Bear Air (sister company to Appliance Doctors) many times in the past and have always been very happy with their service. Very friendly, professional and quick service. Excellent information system! Never one did I have to contact them for updates. Email confirmations of appointment date, times and technician and their experience (and hobbies). Email and text day of advising technician is on their way and a phone call. Technician, Johann, was very pleasant, professional, easy to talk to and wore protective gear at all times. Once he completed his service he provided feedback and tips on how to get the best use of my appliances. My experience so far has been a great one and I am happy I made the choice to call. "Awesome customer service and very professional. Mr. Gottgens made sure to inform me step by step when he found issues and offered suggestions for future maintenance. I was very impressed that he followed social distancing, he showed up with a mask and immediately placed covers on his shoes before entering my home. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and my issue was resolved in no time."

During this lockdown time it was a great relief to have what we consider an essential appliance fixed. Response was timely, punctual and the needed new part was in the truck so the repair was completed on the spot by a true professional.

Professional service. Very prompt and efficient to deal with. Regular updates received throughout the process via email, text and phone calls. They sourced the replacement part I needed extremely quickly. On replacing the part, the fridge worked perfectly once more. They even phoned back later that day to check that everything was working well. They also went above and beyond in sourcing a loan fridge for me while mine was out of action. I highly recommend Appliance Doctors.

Mr. Pascale was very knowledgeable, cheerful and pleasant. It did not take me very long to realized that he knew how to identify the problem, to which he gave a number of options to resolve the problem. I would recommend the services of this company to everyone.

Excellent service - received an email and text confirming appointment, with a picture of exactly who would be coming. Called to let me know when on the way, and arrived promptly (5 minutes early!) Very professional, and able to fix the washing machine!

Professional & efficient service from the young lady who answered the call and booked the service to the technician who came to the house. Reasonably priced, great communication through email, text and a phone call to let me know they were on the way. Absolutely recommend them and will certainly use them again.

Excellent customer service from the receptionist to our technician Pascale. He was very professional and polite. Pascale was very thorough and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problems with our dryers and gas stove. He resolved the issues with the appliances and even called back a couple of times to make sure everything was operational. Highly recommend Appliance Doctors!

Johann was fantastic. Called to check if he could come slightly earlier than the appointment and then arrived exactly when he said he would. Very pleasant. Well presented. Well spoken. Knew his work and solved my problem quickly. I recommend him highly and would be very pleased to have him sort out any future issues.
